Basic poi I learned from screwing around by myself and from www.homeofpoi.com. Poi is a pair of objects attached to the end of strings swung from the two hands in a variety of patterns. Some tricks in this video include the corkscrew (front and side to side), low turns from backwards to forwards and forwards to backwards, and a pair of frontal weaves that I don't really know are "official" moves. The poi are "radiant illuminated glow poi" from www.jugglingstore.com
