<description>I just got my new wide angle WD-H43 lens today, so I took it to a nearby college campus to test it out on a somewhat open vista with some reference points scattered through the field of vision.

This picture was taken in early evening, so the light was setting to the West behind me.

I tried the WD-H43 with both a polarity filter (PV) and without. I liked the look of the film with the PV.

As a newcomer to video, I've found it difficult to see exactly how the WD-H43 is expanding the field of vision ... it's a somewhat subtle effect (to me, anyway).

If you're having the trouble I had in seeing what the WD-H43 does, watch the last 1/3 of this video. Note where the green colored pole on the tennis court is to the far left. To the right, note where the tree is as well as how much of the building behind the tree is showing ...

... then, using the pole and the tree as reference points,
watch how the field of vision changes when I put on the WD-H43.

Very, very cool! :-)

As always, comments &amp; suggestions are welcome.
