They are really awful and cheesy. I had to make one for Avid Media Composer on everything from capturing, to editing, to exporting, and burning a DVD. I also had to make one for camera operation. Through another clean out miniDV tape session, I found Eddy's 3 Point lighting video. This is really funny to me because I was there when he made this. Hopefully you can learn a little about three point lighting!
