    fair use doesn't apply here since you are not copying a piece of material or re-using it for something else. you are simply illustrating somebody using a product that is both common and widespread. It's like getting permission from Ford to use a car in your film. yes they can endorse it and provide the car but if you have a car it's your car and you can film it if you want to. if Vimeo kick your video for copyright infringement, which they are not likely to do, then shame on Vimeo

    D800 is running a crazy 36megapixel sensor vs the d4's 16megapixel, more downscaling for video and lower performance in low light.

    i concur with the ford but the Nikon D4 might be a good choice if you have the money to spend on a C300, if the specs and output are as promoted.
