Formed in late summer 2007, Austin Video Bee is a multimedia video collective based in Austin, Texas. AVB strives to provide opportunities and exposure for under-represented and/or female video and performance artists. Seeking to promote experimentation and innovation and to be an integral part of the vital Austin arts community, the group focuses on inexpensive and accessible theme-based compilations, screenings and festivals.
