Avi S. Adelman is a neighborhood-centered activist living in the Lower Greenville area of Dallas, TX.
He was blogging about his community before anyone knew what the word 'blog' meant.
Avi is the vice-president of the Belmont Neighborhood Association, whose primary goal is to protect the quality of life in the BelmontNA by making the entire neighborhood a resident-parking-only community by the end of 2009.
Nearly every weekend, Avi takes the video camera out onto the crazy streets of Lower Greenville and documents the rough side of how 40 bars, attracting thousands of people every weekend, can do to a residential community.
