Robin is a San Francisco Bay Area based filmmaker. His current and most ambitious project is an independent motion picture production company, Revelcade Entertainment, which he co-founded with friend and fellow filmmaker, Jason Nou. Although still in its early stage, Revelcade has already independently produced and published 7 short films within the past year.

By trade, Robin is a versatile video editor who has delivered a diverse portfolio of music videos and short films in the last five years, however lately his career has shifted towards film producing. In May of 2009, Robin produced a feature film entitled, “The Shankill Road”, a story that is loosely based on the Shankill massacres in Belfast, Ireland during the 1970′s. For this project, he developed a production budget of $150k and led a team of 38 crewmembers.

After completing his undergraduate film degree at UC Santa Cruz in 2005, Robin hit the open road to Los Angeles to officially begin his career in the film industry. His editing career picked up momentum in 2007 after completing his first music video “Hey Ram” by Desi Rapper, J Hind. Eventually Robin was discovered by a startup production company, Ascension Pictures, and soon became their lead editor & motion graphics artist. To date, Robin has delivered well over a dozen projects with Ascension and has been privileged to work with some very gifted actors in motion picture such as the talented Victoria Jackson (Saturday Night Live) and notable musical artists, Sticky Fingaz (Onyx), Choclatt and Double E.

Looking towards the future, Robin and the Revelcade team aims to continue to tell stirring and compelling stories through motion picture.
