Barre Body combines yoga and barre conditioning to tone your whole body (think long and lean like a ballet dancer), while developing balance, strength and flexibility. Lovely? Yes, quite. The Barre Body studio offers our signature Barre Body and Barre Moves classes as well as a complementary schedule of yoga classes. We have a focus on the physical at our studio; all of our classes are strong and dynamic, aimed at getting your body (and mind) into the shape you want it to be in.
