Billerica Access Television, Inc. offers a number of fun yet educational programs to youth living in Billerica or attending Billerica Public Schools.
Students in the 5th - 12th grades are invited to take part in BATV Youth Video Clubs, Youth Production Workshops, After School Enrichment Programs, and other youth training opportunities.

BATV Youth Programs provide the young people of Billerica with a place to develop ideas, create media, and express themselves all while learning useful technologies. Youth activities include hands-on training as well as lessons in digital storytelling and media literacy.
