Since 1885, Baptist Children's Homes of North Carolina (BCH) has provided hope and healing to children and families. The non-profit organization offers residential services in 18 statewide communities for children and developmentally disabled adults. BCH operates wilderness camps for at-risk children, a residential ranch, and a group home for teenage mothers and their babies. BCH oversees the North Carolina Baptist Aging Ministry (NCBAM), a non-residential resource to aid aging adults and their families. We offer:
- Residential care for children and developmentally disabled adults
- family clarification
- transitional living for older children (to help them learn to be successful independent adults)
- family care (transitional residential care for singler mothers and their children)
- family foster care
- residential care for single teen mothers and their babies
- residential wilderness programs for boys and girls to help families in crisis
