Each summer the maintenance men of the Bedford Pool are required to create awards for the entire staff, to be presented at the end of the season staff dinner. This 25 year old tradition of awarding employees has been documented on video since 2004. Awards are based on memorable events, bad habits, or acts of stupidity that are related to, and define each employee’s personality over the course of the summer.
