M. Liz Andrews is an artist, curator, educator and serves as an administrator in the Department of Photography & Imaging at the Tisch School of the Arts. While in the Arts Politics M.A. program at Tisch/NYU, Andrews conceptualized the LetterToObama project: a platform for people to present letters to the President… through pieces of art. She believes that art has a unique power to document histories, convey messages, envision change and incite action. She is particularly passionate about vocal music performance. Liz was born and raised in Denver, Colorado and currently resides in New York City.
