Ben Irving is a passionate, energetic leader of positive change and innovation he has natural, inclusive leadership skills and the ability to cast a vision and to motivate others to action, which has seen him invited to take up a wide range of leadership, facilitation and training oriented opportunities. He leads, advises, links, develops and supports a number of innovative new organisations, as well as local and central government departments.

Ben is currently CEO of the ON THE EDGE trust based in Wellington delivering youth for youth leadership development and community engagement around New Zealand.

He has a passion for skiing and sailing, and very much enjoys spending time off the beaten track. ben@benirving.com
