Ich arbeite als lichtsetzender Kameramann (DP) und Filmemacher in den Bereichen Werbung/Industriefilm/Imagefilm/Musikvideos/Dokumentarfilm, aber auch einige Kurzfilme und "Experimente" gehören zu meinem Einsatzbereich.
In den Upgeloadeten Videos sehen Sie meine Arbeit als Kameramann und manchmal zusätzlich auch noch als Cutter.
Geboren in Stuttgart, lebe ich heute in der Nähe von Passau, wo ich als Volontär beim Regionalfersehen meine ersten Schritte in Richtung Bild- und Lichtgestaltung machen konnte. Nach einem erfolgreichen Studium an der BAF in München, rundete ich meine Ausbildung mit Praktikas bei ARRI (Licht/Bühne/Kamera) und bei Geier Film (Cinepostproduction) im Kopierwerk in Berlin ab und konnte mich so dem Nähern, was ich immer machen wollte:

I am working as a lighting cameraman and filmmaker in Germany and other countries shooting low and higher budget local and regional, sometimes above, commercials/corporates/music videos/image videos/documentaries and some short films and independents. In all the videos you can see my work as a DoP and sometimes as an editor too.
Born in Stuttgart, Germany, July 17th 1979, I raised in the Bavarian Passau, where I first got in touch with the industry by making videos for a local TV news station. After doing a videography class at the BAF in Munich and working as a trainee in several parts of the motion picture industry (ARRI lighting/camera/grip, GEYER filmlab) I got closer to what I really want to do: making pictures.
Learning never ends, but I am heading up to the main goal by using light as the most important tool to create moods and find the best style for each story, even if limited by budget or time.
