Billie Weiss is a Multimedia Journalist based in Boston, Massachusetts, where he is the Assistant Team Photographer of the Boston Red Sox. He previously completed two Major League Baseball seasons as the Assistant Team Photographer of the Baltimore Orioles. He is also an official tournament Photographer and Video Producer for the US Open Tennis Championships, The Championships Wimbledon, and the BNP Paribas Open.
He holds an M.S. in Journalism from Boston Univeristy and a B.A. in Communications and Spanish from Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland.
His work has appeared in both national and local media outlets, including The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post, The Boston Globe, The Baltimore Sun, ESPN.com, The Chronicle of Higher Education, Baltimore City Paper, The US Open Tennis Championships, The Championships Wimbledon, BNP Paribas Open, Major League Baseball, Mid-Atlantic Sports Network (MASN), New England Sports Network (NESN), Birthright Israel, Goucher College publicity material and others.
Billie loves encountering the unexpected and meeting new people, and he's spent time in eleven different countries. He enjoys playing and watching sports, and was a four-year member and two-year captain of the Goucher Men’s Varsity Tennis team.
