I began my real estate boutique, Miramar Coastal Properties, in 2005. It was my solution to the low energy, low standard franchise style of real estate. When you come into visit, the buck stops here. Miramar Coastal Properties is the true essence of old fashioned, one on one real estate. Now I have merged Miramar with Westside Estate Agency and have the additional power of multiple offices and some very powerful and influential players in the high end Real Estate market. I am a regular contributor to CNBC regarding the local Palisades market. I have been published in the L.A. Business Journal, the L.A. Times and the Palisades Post for my innovative marketing techniques including my most recent use of helicopters shooting HD video.

I enjoy surfing; long distance running, target shooting, family and friends. I grew up in Hawaii with my parents and 3 younger siblings, one being the legendary big wave surfer, Buzzy Kerbox.
