Billy Sheahan is a director, photographer and editor, based in Chicago, Illinois, USA.
As a fine art still photographer, Sheahan has traveled throughout North America and Europe creating timeless images of the architecture, people and cultures he has been fortunate to experience. His inspiring photography of women in the genres of fashion and fine art nudes capture the true spirit of the feminine goddess, celebrating the strength, beauty and grace of what it is to be a woman.
Noticing his unique eye in his still work, clients began requesting Sheahan to direct motion projects for international advertising campaigns and music videos. His decades of work as a film editor, crafting compelling stories from other directors work, allowed for a seamless transition to the role as a director himself, combining his craft of pacing and attention to detail as a film editor, with his meticulous eye for strong composition and graceful aesthetics from the still photography world.
Billy's photography has been featured in many galleries throughout the United States and in private Fine Art Photography collections.
