Okay went through it all, it was an issue with FCP 7. Never seen this in 6 years of using it. Audio just wouldn't sync. In Soundtrack everything was fine. Sorted it now not a Vimeo issue at all.

I've been helping a friend and they have the same issues. Have try and see if the FAQ helps. Never had this issue with videos from the past 3 years with similar settings. Frustrating.
