Staff Blog / Vimeo Offline Event: Redux
Dear Vimeo,
I got a new shirt in the mail yesterday and it's really transformed me into a proper 'dude,' but not in the shaka-waving sense of the word but more like an Evander Berry Hall type of dude. Basically, I look sharper than Excalibur. If only I had a venue to display my newfound torso fashions.
Luckily Vimeo is having another offline event, 'Redux,' in New York at Spin NYC next Wednesday, November 17 where I'll be able to debut this shirt.
If you don't know what 'redux' means, think of it as when original Becky from Roseanne left and was replaced by new Becky, then old Becky was brought back for a season. Wasn't that real weird? If you do know what redux means, it's probably because you're not spending your nights watching Roseanne reruns.
There were so many great videos that made the Vimeo Awards shortlist, but not all of them could be screened at the Festival. So we're going to be bringin' 'em back onto a big screen for one night only.
Be sure to show up around 8:30 p.m. to enjoy some drinks with your friends and check out my new shirt before we kick off the night's events.
The event is free, but seating is limited so be sure to RSVP with our friends, BFD Productions.
