Why "bloody_pixel" ?

bloody - because I like british slang and it is a word that you never forget. And when you are upset, you always scream "bloody something"! It is how this name was born...

pixel - it is the prime substance in which I work! Without the pixel I would not be able to manipulate images on Photoshop or create web layouts on Fireworks!

The red splatter/stain/drop/etc - again remembers blood (bloody), but also a vector object and in this case, my ability to work with vector programs such as Freehand and Illustrator.

The angle brackets, the underscore and the forward slash it is an example of my ability to write code. The languages I am used to are AS2/3, HTML, some PHP, some MySQL, here and there some javascript and that is it for now! For this I use Flash and Dreamweaver.

I see myself as Web Designer who wants to be a Web Developer. I have a Graphic Designer background. I am will to work in a wide variety of business industries but mainly in design and advertising agencies. Particularly interested in gaining experience as Web Designer/Developer/Flash Developer. Always interested in working with multitasking teams with different areas of expertise. Looking to improve knowledge in programming languages such as: Actionscript, Javascript, JQuery, HTML, XML, PHP and MySQL. In a recreational level interest in developing knowledge in video editing in After Effects environment and image manipulation in Photoshop.
