Bluescreen host an Open Screen Independent Walk-in Film Programme at The Cube Cinema in Bristol, England, screening Short Films by Bristolian Filmmakers, since 2001.
We screen Amateur & Pro Filmmaker alike. You Just need to turn up with your film(s) at one of our events and we will screen them! Simple as that! Format wise we like DVD (we can do Memory sticks as a backup but its a bit of a pain). Films should be no longer than 20mins in length.

We have an Orchestra! The Cube Orchestra re-soundtracks a couple of films from the burgeoning Bluescreen Film Archive, at most events now!
We have DJs! Bluescreen Hi-Fi DJs in the bar throughout the evening!
We also dig into the Archive to re-screen classic films from past Bluescreens!

We have screened films at Festivals in the UK and Europe and USA and hosted other film related events at The Cube & helped organise the Bristol Filmmakers Festival 2008 and programmed a 10 year retrospective at Encounters Short Film Festival 2011.
