Bringing Music Back, An A&R Company, LLC (B.M.B.), formed in 2008, is an artists and repertoire (A&R) company that specializes in the service of artists development and enhancement in order to provide them with access to the decision makers in the music industry to secure a record deal. B.M.B. searches for talent and molds that talent into being the best candidate for a record label to take as an artist. Our clients are aspiring artists who are actively pursing the music industry with intentions of obtaining a record deal - independent or major. B.M.B. provides its clients with an array of services such as music production, song writing, recording, media training, style consulting, marketing, and promotion. B.M.B.’s marketing strategy is to emphasize the quality of our clients and the thoroughness of our services. All artists will be marketed to a record label that deals with their particular genre of music. Therefore, any artist looking for a record deal for instance, will utilize our services as a liaison between themselves and the record labels rather than solely relying on their own efforts, which can be a heavy task to undertake on their own. Any production, writing, vocal coaching, and media training will be provided by professionals trained in those areas. .. up we will have three trained staff members to provide musical services and two staff members heading the marking and strategizing. We expect to add more staff members as we grow the business. The management of B.M.B. consists of board members including Chief Executive Officer - Marcus Frazier, President – Richard McCreary, III, Executive Administrator – Vietmy Nguyen, Executive Coordinator – Tyrek Burnett, & Public Relations Executive - April Jones Moreover, the importance of B.M.B. is to continue seeking out great talent. Already, we have started working with our first client and we plan on getting our next client started shortly after. We plan to aggressively build our client base through artist showcases, internet, and direct mail advertising.
