I’m passionate about innovative products and the people who make them.
For more than 15 years I’ve lead creative projects in Silicon Valley, San Francisco and NYC, including award-winning redesigns for the SF Examiner and San Jose Metro, and early digital presences of Elance and Newsweek. In 2003 I moved out of the design world earning an MBA, then managing product development for Silicon Valley startups.
I’m currently an Agile Coach with Rally Software where I’ve worked with a range of customers including John Deere, EBay and Kaiser Permanente. I help companies leverage the power of their people, and create truly collaborative cultures that improve product quality and employee morale.
