Frank Steven Aragon is a member of the Directors Guild of America. but wears many hats his most recent and noteworthy success has come as Writer, Producer and Director of "Miracle at Donna" a documentary about the 1961 Donna Redskins.
He is also known for the critically acclaimed film “Down for Life” The film was a 2009 Official Selection at Toronto International Film Festival (World Premiere) & 2009 Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival (US Premiere) at the Historic Grauman’s Chinese Theatre. Frank Steven Aragon has worked on the following projects with critical acclaim and success; “Real Women Have Curves”, Location Manager- “Boyle Heights” a spec pilot, now an original web series, Writer, Producer, Director- “The Brothers Garcia”, Location Manager, ABC's Extreme Makeover Home Edition-Project Manager. In 2001 Frank wrote, produced and directed “My Fathers Love” and won the Golden Eagle Award from Nosotros for Outstanding Independent Filmmaker, he has worked on dozens of feature films in smaller capacities with Oscar winning and nominated production crew and credits those experiences as why he is successful. Frank has written, produced, and directed " Miracle at Donna", “My Fathers Love”, “Boyle Heights”, “Hollywood Familia” and "Without a Country". He Produced and 2nd unit directed “Down for Life”, all of his other films are scheduled to be released in the winter of 2013 for the first time as part of his company’s Boyle Heights Films product release which will be available in Wal-Marts across the country. Frank recently produced "Without a Country" 2012 and "Time in Between" Summer 2013
