ABOUT BRODERICK FOX:
Fox's narrative, experimental, and documentary works have screened internationally in theaters, on television, at film festivals, and online.
Fox has just completed his feature-length documentary THE SKIN I'M IN (skiniminmovie.com) and is fundraising for his first fictional feature ONE DEGREE (onedegreefilm.com). THE SKIN I'M IN is Fox's first solo feature film, and he was recently one of 13 California artists awarded a 2011-2012 Artistic Innovation Grant from the Center for Cultural Innovation.
Fox fictional short LOVE, DEATH, & CARS (tinyurl.com/Love-Death-Cars) and co-directed documentary feature TAK FOR ALT: SURVIVAL OF A HUMAN SPIRIT (takforalt.net/) are now out on DVD.
Fox is a professor of Media Arts and Culture at Occidental College (works.bepress.com/bfox/). His book, DOCUMENTARY MEDIA: History - Theory -Practice is out now through Pearson Press (documentarybook.net). More information on Fox’s critical work can be accessed via works.bepress.com/bfox
