Bruno Mathez is a french audiovisual artist living in London.

He has worked on various audiovisual projects with composers and musicians, dancers, comedians and interactive artists in his exploration of the relationship between the audiovisual medium and other art forms, by creating visuals for shows, Veejaying, doing art videos or multimedia installations.

He is a complete technician in the audiovisual field, from filming to video editing and post-production, from installing audiovisual systems to coordinating audiovisual events.

INSTALLATIONS

Bruno was part of “The Sancho Plan” team of multimedia artists that created “The Jungle Imperator”, an immersive stereoscopic 3D interactive game. It was made inn winter 2008 for
ARS ELECTRONICA in Linz, Austria (aec.at), and has since been shown in their brand new ARS ELECTRONICA CENTER.

In spring 2009 Bruno created “PHOTOPHONICS”, a multimedia installation with sound artist Mike Blow. They showed it in different exhibitions in Brighton and London, including the Royal festival Hall.

VEEJAYING

Bruno created a Veejaying collective called HYBREED in Nice, France, in 2002. With them he’s been veejaying on different electronic music parties in France, Italy and Austria. He’s also done visuals for a lot of live music concerts in the area of Nice.

Veejayed in different London clubs: 93 feet east, Electrowerkz, Notting Hill Arts Club, various east london clubs and warehouse parties.
