Bumps and Bruises was started by Manny Cabrera and Pedro Tuma. Two new dads who quickly realized like most new parents do, that there is not a lot of cool stuff for little boys in stores. Even after shopping the higher end boutiques, we still found a void in the kids market targeting parents from our generation. Having grown up with hip-hop and street wear as our influences, we always imagined dressing our kids in clothing that had the same aesthetic and sensibility of the brands that we as adults admire. Having experience in designing t-shirts for urban-wear companies for the last 5 years, we decided to take action into our own hands and create the shirts that we would love to see our own kids in.
