Preston Randolph is the founder of Cactus Productions, an Independent Film Production company, creating films that inspire, educate and bring new perspective on controversial issues, new light on historical events, and dramatic reality of the real world. Randolph is currently producing the film “Wind Chases the Sun” which exposes the case of Leonard Peltier and the "Reign of Terror" on the Pine Ridge Reservation.
