Has studied Montage at the International School of TV and Film in Cuba.

Recent credits: Video design for; Bioboxes, Theatre Replacement-High Performance Rodeo (High Performance Rodeo, PuSh Festival 2007); My Name Is Rachel Corrie, neworldtheatre-Teesri Duniya Theatre; Live from the Bush Of Ghosts, Conspiracy Theatre (Vancouver Art Gallery’s Fuse, 2008); Clark and I Somewhere in Connecticut ,Theatre Replacement - Rumble, (PuSH Festival 2008), winner production of a Jesse Richardson Theatre Award for Innovation, and Tiny Apocalypse, Rough House (Tremors, Rumble's Festival of Emerging Arts 2008) for which his video design was nominated for a Jessie for Artistic Achievement .

Candelario is Rough House’s Artistic Co-Director and Theatre Replacement’s in house video artist.

As a Vj he recently performed along with Times Neue Roman at the Vancouver Art Gallery.
