Carlette DeLeon has extensive experience in marketing and publicity with a keen knowledge of the entertainment industry. During her working career, she has exercised her skills at The Book Shop Ltd. as Promotions Coordinator and at J. Wray & Nephew Ltd. as a Public Relations Assistant.
Before joining Headline Entertainment as a Director, Carlette gained specific skills in the field of entertainment at Shocking Vibes Production Ltd. in the capacity of Public Relations Officer. In addition to her double duty as Administrative Director and Publicist for Headline Entertainment, Ms. DeLeon is also the co-host of TVJ’s Smile Jamaica, a featured presenter on FAME FM's Tech Time and former columnist for the Jamaica Observer.
Carlette has now embarked on a new mission as Managing Director for Breakthrough Communication, a public relations firm, with business partner Jerome Hamilton.
Following the completion of her certificate course in Business Administration at the College of Arts Science and Technology (CAST, now UTech), she pursued her Marketing Diploma.
