Carlos González Tardón was born in Madrid in 1982 and he graduated in Psychology by the University of Barcelona in 2004. He is currently preparing his doctoral dissertation at this university, which verses on immersion in video games.
He has worked on the design of diverse models pertaining to artificial life, artificial intelligence and robotics, having published a diversity of articles and imparted speeches at congresses held in these fields.
His current line of development is taking place in the field of human-computer interaction, in particular in all that referring to use of video games, with several publications already finished.
He has participated in various audiovisuals that have been presented at the National Theatre in Toulouse, the Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid and at the Palau de la Música in Barcelona, amongst other places. He has also imparted seminars and workshops in places such as the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute pertaining to the Spanish Council for Scientific Research, the Cervantes Institute in Rabat, its counterpart in Casablanca, the University of Oviedo and the Complutense University of Madrid, amongst others. He founded in 2007 People & VIDEOGAMES project.
