Carol Housel

I am a filmmaker originally from Nyack, New York. As a child, my first love was photography. I understood at an early age that my goal in life would be to show others the world the way I see it.

Initially, I had a great love for all things creative and began studies in fine art, creative writing, color theory, theater, and photography. One day it clicked that I could combine all my artistic interests by working in film. My previous education in story, color, drama, and photography gave me an advantage that made style unique.

I was the first woman to graduate from the Digital Filmmaking program at the School of Communication Arts Digital in 2004. Since then, I have held many different roles during various projects, such as Director, Videographer, Writer, Production Assistant, Radio Editor, Motion Graphics designer, etc.

I love all things creative and enjoy working with others who are passionate about their craft.
