Bill was developed in a military laboratory at Ft. Benning, GA in 1968 as part of a US Army experiment with nuclear warheads and LSD, then awarded to parents Robert and Cathy Elias.
Chubby nerdy kid... high school band geek... hippie college dropout, yadda yadda yadda. He now subsides in the world of filmmaking and video production and is in love with the Steadicam.
