I am the webmaster for this site, and a dedicated cave videographer (films of caves, caving, and cave/cave fauna conservation). Although I don't create much anymore, I founded the Video Salon, an annual competition among cave videographers that takes place during the annual convention of the National Speleological Society, and have been in charge of it since 1989. In 2009, the US has the privilege of hosting the quadrennial International Congress of Speleology, and thus the NSS Video Salon is this year merged with the ICS SpeleMedia competition.
