As Executive Producer/Director/Cinematographer - Steve has been involved in live production, film, television, music and media industry as a producer, director, cinematographer, writer and recording artist for over 20 years. Cayden-Scot Media is currently in production filming the feature film documentary entitled “Heart of a Warrior”. This film takes an in depth look at what it takes to become a champion in both life and the ring, in the world’s fastest growing sport of mixed martial arts (UFC). The film features (Cheick Kongo, Shane Carwin, Quinton “Rampage” Jackson and many more.)

Steve was part of the producing team behind the NBC/Lionsgate television series, “Fear Itself” and the Emmy/ Saturn award winning series “Masters Of Horror”. Other credits include Associate Producer & Music Supervisor for the NBC/Sci-Fi television series, “Flash Gordon”. 

He started producing television in 1998, when he worked on a variety of CTV projects and music specials. Steve has also Produced/Directed numerous industrial/commercial and live projects. In 2009, Steve was an integral part of the creative, directing and technical team for the Junos Music Awards Gala. He directed a multi-camera, live awards show featuring performances by some of Canada’s top music artists. Leading up to the Vancouver 2010 Olympics, Steve worked together with Cossette Advertising and Bell Communications, to Produce/Direct an HD, multi-camera live production tour, highlighting some of Canada’s most recognized winter Olympic medalists and athletes. His passion behind the camera as a cinematographer, took him oversees in 2007, to film a private concert in Venice, Italy with world renowned tenor, Andrea Bocelli and then on to Israel, where he filmed and documented the extraordinary life events of a WWII Auschwitz, Mengele survivor. 

Steve’s talents were recognized early when he received a scholarship to Berklee College of Music, in Boston. He continued to pursue his music career, which resulted in a worldwide publishing contract with Warner/Chappell, New York and his original music productions have hit “Breakout # 5 Single Sales in Billboard Magazine”, featured in major motion pictures for Paramount Pictures, Dreamworks (“Bring It On”, “Scary Movie”,“She’s The Man”) in addition to television shows for CBS, NBC, and CTV. 

His creative and technical expertise in media, film, music, and live production are essential elements that make him a valued commodity as a creative director, producer and project manager.
