Craig Coleman is an Associate Professor of Art at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree (emphasis in mixed media) from Florida State University and a Master of Fine Arts degree (emphasis in photography) from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

As an artist, he prefers to blend photography, digital imaging, installation, electronics, and assemblage, to create works that speak about perspective, illusion, and the impact of technology and consumerism on our culture. His artistic philosophy leans toward finding the gray areas between disciplines rather than strictly defining them.

Craig has taught in academia for fourteen years and has taught a wide range of subjects and media including kinetic sculpture, graphic design, installation, digital imaging, video, and photography. Craig has taught at many colleges and universities including the University of Colorado at Denver, Metropolitan State College of Denver, University of Denver, Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design, Colorado Institute of Art, and The University of Florida.
