Fly fishing in Iceland, Kamchatka, Bonaire and some Norwegian rivers and fjords during 2010.
Cameras: Shot on GoPro Hero and Canon 7d.
Lenses: Canon 10-22 mm, Canon 50 mm, Canon 70-200 mm, Tamron 18-270 mm
Fish: Red salmon, char, sea trout, bonefish, brown trout, stationary char.
This is a promo for a doucumentary shot entirely in Kamchatka, Russia.
The footage was shot on the Canon EOS 7D and the GoPro Hero at 720P50P and 720P60P respectively.
Everything was converted to Apple Prores 4:2:2 before editing in Final Cut Studio. Slow Motion clips were conformed to 25P using Cinema Tools. Color Correction using FCP's 3-way CC. Graded using Magic Bullet and Sapphire.
Mastered to MXF-compliant broadcast format using the 1080 50i Sony XCAM HD codec.
