We laughed, we cried, we bodysurfed, and we felt hungry. A wide range of emotions were experienced this episode, which was hosted by our friends at Xpace Cultural Centre and features the Brooklyn-based punk-as-performance-art band Japanther, incredible artist and all around interesting guy Tibi Tibi Neuspiel, comedy troupe The Sketchersons, and Guelph-based multimedia group Polydactyl Hearts Collective.
We’ve got a little something for everybody in this episode, with a jam packed guestlist featuring comedian and cancer survivor Rob Hawke, Toronto fashion darling Heidi Ackerman, and local theatre company One Reed Theatre. We also checked in with Devon Ostrom regarding the Beautiful City Alliance’s campaign to tax billboards, and had our socks rocked off by Hooded Fang.
Our seventh and best episode yet was hosted by Show & Tell Gallery and the lucky members of the packed audience enjoyed hilarious interviews with both Jay and Matt of the sensational online comedy series Nirvana the Band the Show and with the five man art collective Team Macho. Everything All the Time got the windows all fogged up with their soulful synth pop stylings, and superbabe frontwoman Alanna Stuart closed the night by thanking Late Night for packing so many tremendously attractive men into one room. If you missed out on the live event, we've got you covered. Try not to drool on your keyboard.
Just think about it… What if you were trapped under something heavy and the mouse was out of your reach? Scary, right? That's exactly why we have these keyboard shortcuts so you can still use Vimeo until the help arrives.
