This video project was sparked by the proliferation of "for rent" signs and shuttered businesses in NYC. What I discovered was a visual -- and surprisingly funny -- local-global story about the financial transition to emerging economies from industrialized nations. Voices include Jim Rogers, author, investor, China bull; Gerard Lyons, chief economist at Standard Chartered Bank and an expert on the international economy.
