New Ballet Ensemble (NBE) continues the tradition of delivering a groundbreaking line-up of works by local and guest choreographers during the annual Springloaded, celebrating the fusion of ballet, contemporary and urban dance. The show will run April 12-14, 2013 at Playhouse on the Square, located at 66 South Cooper Street in Midtown Memphis. Nan Hackman edited her own filming of multiple New Ballet productions between 2004-2006. The through-line is Chris Robert's Hip Hop Ballet choreographed to Orff's Carmina Burana. Within are excerpts from Nut ReMix, New Ballet's annual production at the Buckman Theater.

Nut ReMix will be performed at the Buckman Dec 7, 12 -14, 2008 and then again at Crittenden County Performing Arts Center on Dec 18. School shows at the Buckman are Dec 5 and 8, 2008. The West Memphis school show is Dec 17.

Morgan Fox interviews students and Trainees about the benefits of dance in their lives and New Ballet Ensemble.

Students from Dunbar Elementary visit New Ballet Ensemble Studios in Midtown Memphis for back-to-back performances of "Peter and the Wolf". This is followed by workshops that culminate in the students performing for one another.
