apscu.org | Mark Williams, from Virginia Beach, Va., has served 20 years in the military as a sonar technician, with the rank of First Class Petty Officer. Mark decided to go to school in order to learn network security, because he feels there is an increasing need for safeguarding information in the workplace. He is pleased to be the first in his family to graduate with a bachelor’s degree.
