    growth and civic well-being, the Edmonds Chamber Arts Awards celebrate businesses,
    organizations and individuals who have made outstanding and exemplary contributions
    to arts and culture in the Edmonds community.

    NOMINATIONS: Individuals, businesses or organizations may nominate a business,
    organization or individual for the following 2013 Chamber Arts Awards:

    • Business Leadership – significant impact through various means of support.

    • Individual Leadership – exceptional leadership to foster partnerships between arts
    and culture and business.

    • Creative Collaboration – partnerships in support of specific local arts and culture
    programs or projects.

    • Volunteer – significant volunteer service to the arts and culture community.

    SELECTION PROCESS: Chamber Arts & Culture Committee members will review
    nominations and select award recipients. Selection will be based on information
    provided in the nomination in keeping with the stated criteria for
    the Chamber Arts Awards.

    Nomination deadline is February 14, 2013

    Awards will be presented at a public event at the Edmonds Conference Center on
    March 21, 2013
