My graduation film Khoda. Description: What if you watch a film and whenever you pause it, you face a painting? This idea inspired Reza Dolatabadi to make Khoda. Over 6000 paintings were painstakingly produced during two years to create a five minutes film that would meet high personal standards. This video was part of my Bachelor thesis at the University of Applied science and art Hannover. The Super Mario Bros. game, released on the Nintendo Entertainment System, is not longer bound to the television size and get interactive with a new environment. The emphasis of my thesis is on the matchmoving work. It is the process of matching CG elements into live-action footage. „Irgendwann vor einiger Zeit ist das Königreich der friedlichen Pilzmenschen von den Kupas erobert worden, einem Schildkrötenvolk, das wegen seiner schwarzen Magie berüchtigt ist. Die gemütlichen, ruheliebenden Pilzmenschen wurden in Steine, Ziegel, ja sogar Unkräuter verwandelt, und ihr Königreich verfiel. Die einzige, die den Zauber wieder rückgängig machen und den Pilzmenschen ihre Gestalten zurückgeben könnte, ist Prinzessin Fliegenpilz , die Tochter des Pilzmenschenkönigs.
