These are high resolution avatars for 10six. I make the detailed model in Lightwave first, then to make the in-game assets, I use a plug-in to reduce the model to the poly count I need, then a little hand tweaking. I render front, side top views etc. of the high res model to make the maps for the in game asset. A simple process that ends up looking great!

This was a great game, a little ahead of it's time maybe.

I did about half the animation in this and about 90% of the high detail models. In this video I did the ship scenes and models, the wormhole, and the bridge interior set.
