A video I made in Beijing. I had recently broken an arm and couldn't use full-size cameras, so I went around doing time lapses with a 7d at night. The first few time lapses are standard, but they get progressively more and more crazy. The compression on this vimeo version is pretty bad. With the picture changing so quickly in every frame, the compression knocks out a lot of detail and color space. The original uncompressed 1080p version is much,…

A kind of time-lapse composed with a lot of pictures of my daughter Laëtitia. I have worked on each picture under Photoshop to align the eyes. Then, with the 180 pictures sized 1280x720 pixels, I made a raw movie with Photolaspe. Finally I import that video in Sony Vegas to add music and to make the cross fadding effect beetween the picts. Music is the intro of Ecstasy from ATB. I will try to continue this time-lapse over years... around…
