The recent federal approval of Monsanto's genetically engineered alfalfa has caught the attention of organic dairy farmers. Alfalfa is the primary feed for dairy cows and certified organic dairies are not allowed to use genetically-modified crops. If Monsanto's new GE alfalfa mixes with organic varieties, organic dairies could be in trouble. Carl Nasman reports for CNS News.
