Cardinal-Designate Timothy Dolan calls on the Archdiocese of New York to "feed the hungry in the name of Jesus." In response to his call to action, the Archdiocese will be joining together to fight hunger in our community and encourage the goodwill of Catholics throughout New York from January 22 through January 29, 2012. On November 22, Catholic Charities, Archbishop Timothy Dolan, and NY City Council Speaker Christine Quinn made it possible for more than 400 families to have a Thanksgiving meal, who would have otherwise gone without.
