1. Footage of Washington Nationals top outfield prospect Michael Taylor. This video is compilation of footage from three games that Taylor played in- one in 2011 with the Hagerstown Suns, one in May 2012 with the Potomac Nationals and another with Potomac in August 2012.

The Nationals drafted Taylor in the 6th round of the 2009 draft out of Westminster Academy. A shortstop in high school, the Nationals moved Taylor to centerfield soon after drafting him. His five-tool ability has helped him evolve in to one of the top centerfield prospects in the game. Blessed with plus wheels and above-average arm strength, he tracks-down fly balls from gap to gap, and has the arm strength to slow-down baserunners. At the plate, his excellent bat-speed and quick wrists give him above-average power to left and centerfield. Once he matures and develops better pitch recognition, he could be a Torii Hunter-type centerfielder.

Taylor enjoyed a break-out season in 2011. Playing with the Hagerstown Suns, he hit .253/.310/432 with 13 homeruns and 23 stolen bases. Promoted to the Potomac Nationals of the Carolina League for 2012, he's overcome a slow-start to once again put up impressive numbers. Since the beginning of July, he's hit 290/.339/.471 and he's stolen five bases in six attempts.

This scouting footage illustrates Taylor's incredible athletic ability. Facing-off against top pitching prospects, Rangers' farmhand Cody Buckel and Red Sox righty Brandon Workman, Taylor collects multiple hits. He flashes plus power with a pair of line-drive doubles. Against the Salem Red Sox, he also manages to steal third base off of Christian Vasquez.
