TRIANGLE is a video work done for the book 'Black Material' which showcases Robert Knoke's artwork.
Curator Jens Karlson asked me to make a short animation and get Robert Knoke's black and white artwork as base for video. I chosed to create tense harmony between geometrical forms and organic movements. Combustion helped me to expand possibilites of Black material with his strong music and sound design.

FITC, the Design & Technology events company celebrated their 10th annual flagship event in Toronto this year and MK12 produced a short title film for the occasion.
The FITC Toronto 2011 festival took place May 2nd-4th 2011 with over 1100 attendees and featured over 75 design & technology presenters including MK12’s own Ben Radatz and Shaun Hamontree, as well as legendary Kyle Cooper and many others. See the event details at www.FITC.ca

It tells the story of a traveller who, moving away from a troubled relationship, decides to go on a journey in search of new stories and change. But he could never imagine what would happen: finding a new friend, a smell pet with which to continue his journey and his life.
Halfway through their journey, they cross paths with Deceit shaped into a monster, who tries to wrap over the traveller again.
As it happens with every adventure, it ends with a happy ending.
