The UMRSC Inaugural Symposium, 'Calculation to Communication,' was a gathering of leaders involved in risk assessment and communication. The symposium was designed to:
•examine the intersection of health research, policy, the role of the media, and public concerns
•address some of the most pressing contemporary questions of human health
•and explore how risk assessment is accomplished, now and for the future.

The UMRSC Inaugural Symposium, 'Calculation to Communication,' was a gathering of leaders involved in risk assessment and communication. The symposium was designed to:

•and explore how risk assessment is accomplished, now and for the future.
More than 500 people attended the Inaugural Symposium at Rackham Auditorium in Ann Arbor.
